I have thusly returned from church and am posting from the confines of my new couch while my gray cat sniffs my head. She hasn’t adjusted to the fact that I cut ten inches of hair off a few days ago. In that, she is not alone. I need a new picture.
I cut it off so I could donate it to Locks of Love, a nonprofit that takes donations of hair and turns them into wigs for kids who have lost their hair to chemotherapy or other medical problems. It’s a great cause and if you know someone who’s gotten tired of their long hair, steer them to the Web site for a great reason to cut it off. You can have your hair cut at any salon; you just print out the directions and take them along when you have your hair cut.
